You can choose file attachments to share important documents to your team or your clients.

To start using file attachments:

1. Access your portal settings and drag the file attachment field from the navbar to the row it belongs.

2. Click on the gear icon to access the settings.

3. You can allow for your users to delete files and upload files. If they are unchecked, only download of files (you have already included on your Podio app) will be available.

4. Click on the check mark at the bottom right hand side of the field for the changes to take in effect. 

Note: Linked files like google drive will not work. If you want to show google drive, or other linked files, the best way is to use link fields in Podio.
