Follow this steps to add new users to your portal. 

  1. Go to your Podio app and add an item. One item you add is equivalent to one user. 

2. Add your user's email address and other details. Make sure that the user has access to the email address provided and click on save. 

3. On your user's first login attempt, an email with a link on setting up a password will be sent to the provided email address. 

Note: The link for setting up the password expires within 15 minutes. If you have gone beyond that period, please re-add the user to your app or follow the forgot password option on the login page.
 

4. Simply follow the 'create your password' link to set a password to your account.
