Deleting Your Portal

In order to cancel your Portal subscription, you need to delete your Portal. You do this from the settings or the admin side. Below are the step-by-step instructions on how you can do it.

Step 1 - Access Your Portal Settings
If you are unsure of the direct url of your Portal, log in at 

Click on My Portals in the menu, then on the settings button of the Portal that you want to delete.

Step 2 - Open The Global Settings
When your settings has loaded, select global settings from the drop down menu.
Then press on the caution symbol in the Portal Application box. You will now get the option to refresh access token, reinstall or delete the Portal. 

NOTE: We keep no backup of your Portal settings on deletion.

Refreshing Your Access Token and Reinstalling Your Portal

If you had your Portal without activity for a while, your token might have expired. You need to refresh the Portals access to Podio by following the same instruction above, but instead of clicking the trash icon, you have to click on the 'key' icon this time. To reinstall, simply click on the yellow refresh icon.
